ROAST BEEF WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE

Instructions:

  1. Place roast in a roasting pan. Pour Italian dressing over it, then sprinkle heavily with Jane's Krazy-Mixed-Up salt and garlic salt. Pour steak sauce over the roast. Marinate overnight.
  2. Add water to the pan before cooking. Surround roast with mushrooms, carrots, potatoes, onions, and celery.
  3. Roast at 325°F for 1 1/2-2 hours for rare. Remove vegetables, boil pan juices, and cook sliced roast in juices for well-done meat.
