  1. In a large pan, combine consommé, catsup, water, green pepper, onion, garlic, and oregano. Heat to boiling.
  2. Add roast beef, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Dip roll halves in reserved liquid. Place beef and vegetables on bottom halves and cover with the top halves. Serve hot.
