ROAST BEEF WITH BOURBON SAUCE

  1. Combine soy sauce, ginger, bourbon, brown sugar, vinegar, molasses, orange juice, garlic, and onion. Marinate beef for 3-4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place beef on a rack and bake 2 1/4-3 hours, depending on doneness preference.
  3. Combine drippings and marinade with flour and water to make a sauce. Heat until thickened.
  4. Serve sauce with the roast.
