  1. Heat the buffet supper according to the package instructions.
  2. While the beef is heating, combine the red wine, vinegar, sugar, tomato paste, and cinnamon in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the crushed gingersnaps and flour, cooking until thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Once the beef is heated, remove the sliced beef and arrange it in a casserole dish.
  5. Pour the gravy from the package into the saucepan with the wine mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Pour the sauce over the beef and serve.
