  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Lay heavy-duty foil on a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
  3. Place the brisket on the foil.
  4. Add the mushrooms, dry onion soup mix, Wishbone dressing, and beef gravy over the brisket.
  5. Seal the foil tightly around the brisket.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour per pound of brisket.
