Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, brown the pork steaks in Crisco fat or oil with sugar. Cover with water and add La Choy brown gravy sauce.
  2. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add celery and onions. Simmer for 1 hour or more.
  4. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  5. Serve over rice.
