ORANGE PORK CHOPS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Wipe the pork chops with a clean, damp cloth. In a skillet, heat the fat over medium heat and brown the chops on both sides.
  3. Arrange the browned chops in a baking dish. Place the onion slices on top of the chops.
  4. In a small bowl, blend together the water, lemon juice, and orange juice concentrate.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, ginger, poultry seasoning, marjoram, Accent, and salt.
  6. Add the spice mixture to the orange juice mixture and stir well.
  7. Pour the orange juice mixture over the chops. Cover the dish.
  8. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender and thoroughly cooked.
