RIB AND KRAUT

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. In a Dutch oven, mix the sauerkraut, apples, sugar, and caraway seed.
  3. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them meaty side up over the sauerkraut mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve using a spoon to dish up the kraut and ribs.
  6. Serves 4-6.
