TASTY POTATO CASSEROLE

Ingredients:

• 8 medium potatoes, boiled, pared, and sliced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• ½ - ¾ lb. grated Cheddar cheese
• 6 strips crisp fried bacon, crumbled

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a casserole dish, layer the potatoes, onion, bacon (with a little bacon grease), and Cheddar cheese. Repeat the layering, ending with cheese.
3. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
