  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large, ovenproof casserole dish, combine the cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, minute rice, and water.
  3. Add the uncooked chicken pieces to the casserole.
  4. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1½ hours.
