CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME

Ingredients:

• 6 whole boned chicken breasts
• 3 slices bacon, halved
• 1 pkg. dried, shredded beef
• 2 cans mushroom soup
• 4 oz. sour cream
• ¼ cup white wine
• Dash hot red pepper sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Wrap each chicken breast with a piece of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
3. Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with a mixture of shredded beef, mushroom soup, sour cream, wine, and red pepper sauce.
4. Bake for 1½ hours.
5. Serves 6.
