CHICKEN WITH CREOLE SAUCE

Ingredients:

• 32 oz. pkg. frozen fried chicken
• 1 cup onions, cut into strips
• ½ cup green peppers, cut into strips
• ½ cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 tsp. instant granulated garlic
• Pinch ground cinnamon
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 24 oz. diced tomatoes in sauce
• Hot, fluffy rice

Instructions:

1. Heat the frozen fried chicken according to the moist heating instructions on the package.
2. While the chicken is heating, sauté the onions, green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and cinnamon in the butter until tender.
3. Add the tomato sauce, heat to a boil, and remove from heat.
4. Arrange the heated chicken in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the top.
5. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
