  2. While the chicken is heating, sauté the onions, green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, and cinnamon in the butter until tender.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, heat to a boil, and remove from heat.
  4. Arrange the heated chicken in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the top.
  5. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
