CHICKEN FORESTIER

Instructions:

  1. Heat the frozen fried chicken according to the moist heating instructions on the package.
  2. Sauté mushrooms in butter.
  3. Add chicken gravy and heat. Dissolve cornstarch in Half and Half and add to gravy, cooking until thickened.
  4. Stir in sherry and remove from heat.
  5. Arrange heated chicken in a casserole and pour gravy over the top.
  6. Serve with hot, fluffy rice.
