CHICKEN AND NOODLES

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the noodles and drain.
  3. In a saucepan, mix mushroom soup, milk, salt, and poultry seasoning; heat until warm.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and cottage cheese. Stir in parsley, onion, and green pepper.
  5. Layer half the noodles, half the cheese mixture, half the chicken, and half the soup mixture in a 3½ - 4 qt. casserole dish. Repeat layers.
  6. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
