TURKEY POTATO BAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare mashed potatoes and let cool slightly. Stir in 1 beaten egg and spinach. Spread mixture in a buttered, shallow 2-qt. baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the remaining egg, mayonnaise, salt, poultry seasoning, turkey, celery, and bread crumbs. Spread over the potato mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot.
  5. Serve with turkey gravy. Makes 6 servings.
