  1. Cook celery and onion in butter over medium heat until onion is transparent, stirring occasionally.
  2. Combine cooked vegetables with bread cubes and seasonings; toss lightly.
  3. Add hot broth or water to moisten.
  4. Stuff lightly into the turkey neck and body cavities, or place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Makes enough for a 14-18 lb. turkey.
