  1. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add almonds, onion, celery, sesame seeds, and salt. Cook until onions are tender.
  2. Place bread cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Add oats and raisins.
  3. Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients and toss to combine. Add beaten egg and toss again.
  4. Gradually add water or broth, tossing lightly until moist.
  5. Use to stuff a thawed turkey or bake in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes.
