OYSTER DRESSING

Ingredients:

• ¼ lb. crackers, broken
• 2 slices dry bread, broken
• A few slivers of raw onion
• 1 can oysters, with juice
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• Chicken or turkey broth to moisten
• Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it reaches a dressing consistency.
2. Place mixture in a greased 10-inch square pan.
3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
