CRAB BURGERS

Ingredients:

• 1 can flaked crab meat or shrimp
• ½ cup finely chopped celery
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion
• ½ cup shredded cheese
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• Pinch of dry mustard

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Place the mixture on English muffins.
3. Broil until heated through and slightly browned.
