SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Thaw the artichokes and seafood.
  3. Prepare a white sauce using butter, flour, and cream (about 1½ cups).
  4. Mix all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and sherry.
  5. Place in a buttered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Add the sherry and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Warm at 250°F before serving.
