HALIBUT CASSEROLE

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the halibut in boiling water with vinegar for a few minutes.
  2. Grease a casserole dish and cover the bottom with sliced onions.
  3. Flake the drained halibut and place it on top of the onions.
  4. Pour cheese sauce over the fish and arrange tomato slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, butter, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
