TUNA VEGETABLE BAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt, pepper, and dill until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and gradually stir in the milk. Cook, stirring, until the sauce boils and thickens.
  4. Add peas, tuna, olives, and lemon juice to the sauce.
  5. Place asparagus in the bottom of a 1½ qt. casserole dish.
  6. Top with the tuna mixture and sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until heated through.
