ROCK LOBSTER TAILS WITH CHIVE RICE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the frozen lobster tails as directed on the package.
  3. Cut away the undershell and crack the back shell. Skewer the tails to prevent curling.
  4. Brush lobster tails with melted butter, sprinkle with onion salt and pepper, and broil 4 inches from heat for 8 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cook rice as directed, then toss with chives and butter.
  6. Serve broiled lobster tails with the chive rice.
