SHRIMP AND ASPARAGUS

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a shallow baking dish or 4 individual casseroles.
  3. Place the rice in the dish and layer the asparagus and shrimp on top.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the pepper, soup, milk, and pimiento.
  5. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until hot and the cheese is browned. Add more milk if the mixture becomes dry.
  7. Serves 4.
