DILL PICKLES

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Sterilize 8 quart jars and lids.
  2. In each jar, place garlic, dill seed, and dill weed. Fill the jars with cucumbers.
  3. Combine the brine ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot mixture over the cucumbers and other ingredients in the jars.
  5. Seal tightly.
  6. Wait 6 weeks before using.
