KANSAS CITY PLAZA STEAK SOUP

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Melt oleo in a large soup pan and whip in flour to make a smooth paste.
  2. Stir in ½ gallon of water.
  3. Sauté ground beef, drain off grease, and add to soup.
  4. Add parboiled onions, carrots, celery, frozen vegetables, tomatoes, Accent, beef base, black pepper, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer, and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. Do not add salt. May be frozen for later use.
