CRAB LOUIS SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Chill all ingredients before assembling.
  2. Arrange lettuce in individual large salad bowls.
  3. Drain crab meat and distribute it along with tomatoes, eggs, and olives over the lettuce.
  4. Mix Louis dressing ingredients, chill for 30 minutes, and pour over the salad or serve it on the side. Serves 4.
