CRANBERRY JEWEL SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and stir in applesauce.
  2. Gradually beat the mixture into softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Chill until partially set.
  4. Stir in celery and gently fold in cranberry cubes.
  5. Pour into a 6-cup mold and refrigerate until firm.
  6. Optionally, garnish with sugar-coated cranberries before serving. Serves 8.
