LEFTOVER MEAT SALAD

Instructions:

  1. Combine leftover meat, macaroni, green beans, radishes, and watercress.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine chili sauce, vinegar, and sour cream.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Spoon into a serving bowl and scoop a small hollow in each beet.
  5. Fill each hollow with horseradish and place filled beets around the outer edge of the salad bowl.
  6. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crusty rolls.
