MOLDED CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients:

• 1 cup boiling pineapple juice and water
• 3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin
• 1 cup miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2/3 cup chilled Milnot, stiffly whipped

Instructions:

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling liquid.
2. Stir in marshmallows until most are dissolved.
3. Add pineapple and chill until thickened.
4. Fold in cabbage, nuts, mayonnaise, and whipped Milnot.
5. Pour into a quart mold and chill several hours.
6. Unmold on salad greens and garnish as desired.
