PEPSI COLA SALAD

Ingredients:

• 1 large can Bing cherries
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 pkg. cherry gelatin
• 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
• 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 2 cups (16 oz.) Pepsi Cola

Instructions:

1. Drain juice from cherries and pineapple.
2. Heat and dissolve gelatin in juice.
3. Mix pineapple and nuts with cream cheese, beaten to soften.
4. Add to gelatin and blend well.
5. Fold in cherries to keep them whole.
6. Finally, add Pepsi Cola and blend again.
7. Pour into molds and chill.
