PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM SALAD

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. (small) lemon jello
• 1 cup hot water (or juice from pineapple)
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup cold water
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

Instructions:

1. Beat the first 6 ingredients until foamy.
2. Refrigerate until it thickens.
3. Beat again until foamy and fold in pineapple.
4. Place in a mold. Good with ham.
