SPINACH SALAD

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Tear greens into bite-size pieces.
  2. Crisp bean sprouts in ice water for 30 minutes and drain well.
  3. Combine all ingredients except noodles.
  4. Top with the dressing below.
  5. Dressing:
  6. 1/3 cup vinegar
  7. 3/4 cup sugar
  8. 1 tsp. salt
  9. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 cup corn oil
  11. 1 medium onion, cut into small chunks
  12. Mix in a blender and blend until creamy.
