WINTER GREEN SALAD

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Drain the pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup, then add liquid to lime gelatin.
  3. Add 1/2 of the pineapple and pour into a mold or serving dish and let set.
  4. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water, then add marshmallows, stirring to melt.
  5. Stir in salad dressing and remaining pineapple.
  6. Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken, then stir in nuts and cheese.
  7. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions, using mix, milk, and vanilla.
  8. Fold whipped topping into lemon mixture and pour over lime mixture.
  9. Chill until firm.
