MAYFAIR HOTEL SALAD DRESSING

Ingredients:

• 1 clove garlic
• 1 stalk celery
• 1/2 onion
• 1 Tbsp. pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Accent
• 1/2 tsp. sugar
• 2 oz. can anchovies
• 3 whole eggs
• 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp. horseradish mustard

Instructions:

1. Blend the above ingredients for 2 seconds.
2. Add oil, 1/4 cup at a time, while blending.
3. Make this several days in advance to blend flavors.
