CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 cups water
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2/3 cup oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Bake in cupcake pans at 350 degrees for 18–20 minutes.
3. Icing:
4. 2 cups powdered sugar
5. 1/2 stick oleo or butter
6. 1/2 tsp. salt
7. Mix and spread over cooled cupcakes.
