BACARDI RUM CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  2. Sprinkle pecans over the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix all cake ingredients together and pour batter over pecans in the pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
  5. Set on rack to cool. Invert onto a serving plate.
  6. Prick the top and drizzle and brush glaze evenly over top and sides.
