BLACK WALNUT JIFFY CAKE

Ingredients:

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup black walnuts
• 2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
• 1 tsp. lemon extract
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 cups sifted flour
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 5 large eggs (room temperature)

Instructions:

1. Add each ingredient into an electric mixer bowl in the order listed.
2. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Pour into a greased, floured 10-inch tube pan.
4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
