BAKED CHEESECAKE

  1. Prepare a regular graham cracker crust to fit a 9 x 13-inch pan (no need to bake the crust first).
  2. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour filling into the crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40–45 minutes.
  6. Yields 12–16 servings. Keeps well in the refrigerator and can be made in smaller pie pans if desired.
