CHEESECAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix in a large bowl.
  3. Add the remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil; mix until crumbly.
  4. Press into a greased pan, bottom and sides, of 13 x 9 x 2 inches or 2 round pans.
  5. In the same bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 cup dry cake mix; beat at medium speed.
  6. Add milk and flavoring, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour into crust.
  8. Bake at 300 degrees for 45–55 minutes until the center is firm.
  9. When cool, top with fruit and chill before serving.
