CINNAMON CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat for 10 minutes using medium-high speed of an electric mixer.
  3. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
  4. Pour half of the cake mixture into a well-greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
  5. Swirl half of the cinnamon mixture into the batter in the pan.
  6. Pour the remaining batter into the pan and swirl the remaining cinnamon mixture into the batter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes; test with a cake tester to ensure it's done.
