MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream together sugar, margarine, and cocoa. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in flour, then add coconut and chopped nuts.
  4. Spread batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 30–40 minutes.
  5. While still hot, spread marshmallow creme on top and let cool completely.
  6. Once cool, cover with frosting made from the remaining ingredients. Let cake stand for several hours before cutting.
