POTATO CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream oleo and sugar together; add beaten egg yolks.
  3. Beat in mashed potatoes, then add grated chocolate.
  4. Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients along with milk and vanilla; beat well.
  6. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  7. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans for 30–35 minutes.
  8. Ice with your favorite icing.
