POUND CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Beat oleo until light.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, 1 Tbsp. at a time.
  3. Add each egg one at a time, beating for 1 1/2 minutes after each addition.
  4. Sift cake flour and add to the mixture; beat until well combined.
  5. Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans (5 1/2 x 9 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches).
  6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
