PUMPKIN CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add pumpkin and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Dredge raisins and nuts in 1/4 cup sifted flour and add to the mixture. Blend well.
  4. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch pans.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 40–50 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool, then remove from pans and frost with your favorite frosting.
