PUMPKIN PIE CAKE

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs, slightly beaten
• 16–20 oz. can pumpkin
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tsp. salt
• 13 oz. can Milnot (tall can)

Topping:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 2 sticks melted butter or oleo
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions:

1. Mix the main ingredients together and pour into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
2. Sprinkle the cake mix over the mixture, followed by the melted butter and nuts.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1–1 1/2 hours. Check for doneness with a toothpick or knife after 1 hour.
