RAW APPLE CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups oil
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 3–4 chopped raw apples
• Nuts and sunflower seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in order listed and blend well.
2. Fold in chopped apples, nuts, and sunflower seeds (if using).
3. Pour into a tube or Bundt pan.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
