RAW RHUBARB CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Cream together sugar and butter; add egg.
  2. Combine baking soda and milk alternately with dry ingredients to the creamed mixture. Stir in vanilla and rhubarb.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until the cake comes away from the sides of the pan.
