SCOTCH CAKE

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolks.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, except for beaten egg whites.
  3. Fold in beaten egg whites.
  4. Pour into a greased tube pan lined with waxed paper.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool, sprinkle with whiskey, wrap, and store. Keeps for months and should be sliced thin.
