SOCK IT TO ME CAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 stick oleo
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs

Topping:

• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 cup pecans (or more)
• 2 tsp. cinnamon

Icing:

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 tsp. milk

Instructions:

1. Cream together oleo, sour cream, and oil. Blend in cake mix and beat well.
2. Add eggs one at a time, then sugar.
3. Pour half the batter into a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with half the topping mixture.
4. Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the rest of the topping mixture.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 60–70 minutes.
6. Mix icing ingredients and pour over the hot cake.
